“As an artist that's always enjoyed eldritch stories and tales from an early age with a big interest in Lovecraftian horrors, the occult, and anything dark yet spiritual. I wanted to take a chance with creating at least a short comic story of my first experience with Darkest Dungeon, albeit with some things a bit different. The game itself has been a big inspiration for me looking to the stars once again and dreaming about dark tales that have reached somehow to harrowing yet hopeful endings, even when the chaos will never fully rest. Raven Bloodcrest has been a long time original character based off of the prespective of being the Heir of the Manor but finding it too difficult to disconnect themself from the people they entrust with helping them restore peace to the Hamlet and Manor grounds.”
